Each KIRBY Home-Care System is build with a engraved unique serial number. This number is linked to the owner of the KIRBY Home-Care system. It is good feature in case of a stolen system as it can be easy linked back to the owner and eventually recovered.
This serial number also carries important information about your KIRBY machine, like the year of manufacture and other info.
Once registered for service with us - we will make this information available to you through our unique web service management system.
To locate your KIRBY's serial number you must first identify your KIRBY machine body type and model.
